Kermit has no trouble against Compass Academy

The Kermit Yellow Jackets posted their biggest win since December 16, 2023 on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Compass Academy with a sharp 54-34 win. For Kermit, this counts as revenge for the 63-61 loss Compass Academy walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2023.
Among those leading the charge was Jaden Bejarano, who scored 14 points along with eight steals. Zavian Quiroz was another key contributor, scoring five points along with four steals.
Kermit's win bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Compass Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.
Kermit will head out on the road to take on Crane at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Crane has now lost 13 straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 2. As for Compass Academy, they will be playing at home against Alpine at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Alpine knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past five games -- so hopefully Compass Academy likes a good challenge.
