Football Recap: Kellogg Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Kellogg extended their losing streak to five on Friday, dropping them down to 2-6. They had to suffer through a 48-14 loss at the hands of the Priest River Spartans. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-7.

Porter Lewis threw for 350 yards and one touchdown. Cyrus Reed was his top target, picking up 122 receiving yards. On the ground, Andrew Lewis rushed for 107 yards.

As for Priest River, they now have a winning record of 5-4. Considering they have won four games by more than 33 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Priest River's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Layton Goins, who picked up 116 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. Goins also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making seven total tackles and defending one pass.

As of now, neither Kellogg nor Priest River have any future games scheduled.
