Basketball Recap: Nekoosa Takes a Loss

Nekoosa lost against Adams-Friendship last Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Nekoosa Papermakers came up short against the Adams-Friendship Green Devils, falling 43-22. The contest marked the Papermakers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Nekoosa has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season. As for Adams-Friendship, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Nekoosa will face off against Mauston at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Adams-Friendship has already played their next match (against Wautoma), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
