Softball Recap: Apollo Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Apollo's offense. They came up short against the Daviess County Panthers on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Apollo's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Daviess County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Apollo will be playing in front of their home fans against Butler County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Daviess County, they will face off against Hamilton Southeastern at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
