Volleyball Recap: Riverview Sarasota Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Natalia Leguizamon and Tara Stults

Riverview Sarasota's tournament run continued when they took on Indian Rocks Christian on Friday. The Rams took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Tara Stults and Natalia Leguizamon certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Stults had 12 assists and six digs, while Leguizamon had 12 assists and three digs. Stults has been hot, having posted 12 or more assists the last five times she's played.

Riverview Sarasota's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Indian Rocks Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.
