Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bishop Kenny). They took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 73-34 victory over the Beachside Barracudas. Given the Crusaders' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 158th, while the Barracudas are ranked 338th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

When it comes to explaining why Beachside lost, don't look at Maddox Hunstad. Despite the final result, he went 6 for 14 en route to 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeevan Iyengar, who posted six points.

Bishop Kenny has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 11-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.7 points per game. As for Beachside, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-7.

Bishop Kenny has already played their next game, a 63-41 win against Wolfson on the 13th. As for Beachside, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-26 victory against Menendez on the 14th.
