After losing to Vergennes the last time they met, Middlebury decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Middlebury Tigers came out on top against the Vergennes Commodores by a score of 53-45 on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Middlebury is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.8 points per game. As for Vergennes, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 5-3.

Middlebury will take on Missisquoi Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Vergennes, they will host Mt. Abraham at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mt. Abraham will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Vergennes surely won't give up without a fight.
