Shelby County's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Minor Tigers. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won three in a row.

Shelby County got a big performance out of Byrne Nate, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4. That's the most hits Nate has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Davis Ruston, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double.

Shelby County always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .618. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Shelby County's record now sits at 15-12. As for Minor, their record is now 5-18.
