Battle Mountain is a perfect 10-0 against Incline since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. Battle Mountain will head out on the road to take on Incline at 4:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

The home team had won the previous two meetings between Incline and Pershing County, and Pershing County kept the tradition alive. Incline came up short against Pershing County on Saturday, falling 26-11. That's two games in a row now that the Highlanders have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Battle Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Incline, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Everything went Battle Mountain's way against Incline in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, as Battle Mountain made off with a 16-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Battle Mountain since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
