McKenzie's Bailey Adams recorded the longest rushing play in 1A Special District 5 (8 Man) this season in his game against Days Creek last week. Adams' team fell to the Wolves as he sprinted for 70 yards on the play and finished with 64 in all.

Fans got a thrill when Jason Towers and Kyle Schwin connected against Hosanna Christian. The connection went for 76 yards, the longest such play in the league this season.

Crow's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Towers threw for 156 and 3 touchdowns and Schwin had 212 yards receiving. On the ground David Gates chipped in 185 yards.

The Cougars and the Lions played the closest game in the league this week, with the Cougars eventually emerging with a 42-36 victory. Towers during the win.
