Seabreeze gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Atlantic Sharks 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Sandcrabs have posted since September 28, 2024.

Seabreeze took Atlantic into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The final score came out to 25-18, 11-25, 18-25, 25-12, 15-13.

Haven Price paced Seabreeze's offense, picking up 11 kills. Price were helped by Olivia Chase and Brianna Dicks, who contributed six assists each. Finally, Carley Bandell kept Seabreeze's defense grounded, leading the team with nine blocks.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Seabreeze will welcome Deltona at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Atlantic, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Flagler Palm Coast at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
