Connor Rust and Co. Win Sixth in a Row
Connor Rust's big game helped extend Red Cloud's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop Rust as he rushed for 102 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 58 receiving yards and a touchdown. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 61 yards.
Red Cloud pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Rust and Red Cloud will venture away from home to square off against Dorchester at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Gage Ely's big game helped extend Red Cloud's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop Ely as he rushed for 157 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making four total tackles and defending two passes.
On the season, Ely has averaged 25.7 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to 14.

He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making four total tackles and defending a pass.
This season, Englehart has averaged 17.8 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after six games last season, he had three rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 11.
