Volleyball Recap: Granby Comets vs. Kellam Knights
Granby faced Kellam in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Comets took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. The Comets haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
Andrew Parker paced Granby's offense, picking up six kills. Parker got some help from Will Findlay and his 18 assists. Parker was also a major player on defense: he and Brandon Layne shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with three each.
