Softball Recap: St. Joseph's Catholic Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Greenville H, St. Joseph's Catholic was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Southside Tigers a 12-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Knights also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2023.

Stella Nash was incredible, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-2. Eva Carraturo was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing four bases while going 1-for-1.

St. Joseph's Catholic didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 6-0 win against Brashier Middle College Charter on the 1st. As for Southside, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, an 11-4 victory against Carolina Academy on the 1st.
