Basketball Recap: Camden Takes a Loss

Camden lost against Lugoff-Elgin back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Camden Bulldogs took a 66-51 bruising from the Lugoff-Elgin Demons. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Camden suffered their first road loss, dropping their record down to 4-4. As for Lugoff-Elgin, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Camden and Fairfield Central will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lugoff-Elgin will take on North Central in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Lugoff-Elgin has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last five games.
