Football Recap: Auburn Picks Up Fourth Straight Win on the Road

Auburn lost to South back in October of 2022, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Rockets were the clear victors by a 29-7 margin over the Colonels. The result was nothing new for the Rockets, who have now won three games by 22 points or more so far this season.

Auburn's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 34.5 points over those games. As for South, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Auburn and South will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Rockets see the field they'll take on Grafton at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th. As for South, their break will end when they face North at 12:00 p.m. on the 26th.
