Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South El Monte). They really took it to the Mountain View Vikings for the full four quarters, racking up a 49-14 win. The Eagles pushed the score to 35-7 by the end of the third, a deficit the Vikings had little chance of recovering from.

South El Monte's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Michael Maldonado led the charge by throwing for 202 yards and three touchdowns on only 19 passes.
