Basketball Recap: Union County Skates Past Hagerstown with Ease

Union County entered their tilt with Hagerstown on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Hagerstown Tigers 58-16. Given the Patriots' advantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 134th, while the Tigers are ranked 384th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Union County is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Hagerstown, they are on a 31-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.
