Softball Recap: Hesperia Panthers vs. Shelby Tigers

Hesperia had lost five straight at home dating back to last season, but on Saturday they dropped their record down to 0-9 to make it six. They lost 13-2 to the Shelby Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, with their most recent loss being a 15-0 defeat back in April.

For Shelby's part, Jordan Wolting made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits.
