Soccer Recap: Chippewa Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Chippewa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central Christian Comets. While losing is never fun, Chippewa can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 405th, while Central Christian are ranked 39th).

Chippewa's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Central Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 9-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chippewa will square off against Rootstown at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Chippewa will need to watch out since Rootstown have now posted at least four goals in their last three matches. As for Central Christian, they will take on Cardinal Mooney at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
