Basketball Recap: Soldotna Comes Up Short

Soldotna lost against Colony back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Soldotna Stars lost 50-27 to the Colony Knights. The matchup marked the Stars' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Soldotna has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-17 record this season. The victory (which was Colony's fourth in a row) raised their record to 15-11.

As of now, neither Soldotna nor Colony have any future games scheduled.
