Softball Recap: West Bridgewater Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for West Bridgewater's offense. They came up short against the Case Cardinals on Wednesday, falling 25-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

West Bridgewater saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alanna Fidalgo, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

West Bridgewater's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Case, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. West Bridgewater is set to square off against their familiar foe Fairhaven at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Case will take on rival Seekonk at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
