Chico strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They put the hurt on the Enterprise Hornets with a sharp 9-1 victory. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by eight runs or more this season.

Jaden Neugebauer was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Those nine strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Chico let Jordan Neugebauer and Tanner Horn run wild. Neugebauer scored two runs while going 3-for-4, while Horn scored a run while going 3-for-3. Jaxon Tweedt was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

Chico kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
