Basketball Recap: Dewar Gets the Win

Dewar's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They skirted past the Weleetka Outlaws 39-37. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Dragons as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Dewar's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Weleetka, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season.

Dewar will challenge Kinta at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Dewar is facing Kinta at the right time seeing as Kinta is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Weleetka has already played their next matchup (against Porum), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
