West Springfield came up short on Friday despite Brady Davies delivering his best game to date. Davies rushed for 49 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 95 receiving yards and a touchdown.
If history really does repeat itself, Davies might just drop another big game when he faces off against Robinson on Friday. Davies rushed for 54 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 60 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Rams duked it out back in October of 2023.

A Season-Best Performance from Mark-Anthony Whyte Leads West Springfield over Alexandria City
On Friday, West Springfield had to settle for second even though Mark-Anthony Whyte put up the best numbers he has all season. Whyte rushed for 157 yards while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023.
Alexandria City's probably not too fond of Whyte given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Whyte saw the Titans), he rushed for 206 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries.

Lake Braddock was led to victory by Robert Hollien, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Hollien picked up 137 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He has become a key player for Lake Braddock: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two receiving touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
This year, Hollien has caught 5 touchdowns while averaging 55.7 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 24.33 receiving yards per game.
