Nokomis won the last time they faced Hillsboro and things went their way on Saturday too. The Nokomis Redskins came out on top against the Hillsboro Hiltoppers by a score of 59-49.

Despite the loss, Hillsboro still got an impressive performance from Nathan Matoush, who posted 23 points. That was a full 46.9% of Hillsboro's points, marking the tenth time in a row he's put up more than a third of the team's points. Mark Mattson was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Nokomis has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 13-15 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.8 points over those games.
