Basketball Recap: Van Buren County Takes a Loss

Van Buren County lost against Mediapolis back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Van Buren County Warriors took a 60-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mediapolis Bulldogs. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Van Buren County now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Mediapolis, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Van Buren County will head out on the road to challenge West Liberty at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Van Buren County is facing West Liberty at the right time seeing as West Liberty is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Mediapolis and Notre Dame will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
