Volleyball Recap: Potosi Chieftains vs. Benton Zephyrs

Potosi won the last time they faced Benton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Chieftains came out on top against the Zephyrs by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chieftains.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 18-25, 25-18, 25-23.

Potosi's offense was headlined by Alayna Kerkhoff and Manhattyn Udelhofen, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Emily Schaefer and her 24 assists. Finally, Lillian Cooley kept Potosi's defense grounded, leading the team with seven blocks.

Several Zephyrs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Faith Auderer, who had 20 digs. The team also got some help courtesy of Madeline Davis, who had six digs and two aces.
