Basketball Recap: Simms' Losing Streak Snapped at Five Games

Simms had to endure a five-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They took down the Heart Butte Warriors 67-52 on Saturday. The Tigers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Simms' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Heart Butte, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Simms will take on Conrad at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Conrad will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Simms surely won't give up without a fight. Heart Butte has already played their next match (against Great Falls Central Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
