Basketball Recap: Tri County Skates Past Superior with Ease

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Tri County on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Superior Wildcats out of the water with a 73-44 final score. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won three in a row.

Drew Siems was nothing short of spectacular: he dropped a double-double with 26 points and 14 rebounds. Those 14 boards gave him a new career-high. Zach Vossler was another key player, shooting 47% from the field to rack up 14 points and seven rebounds.

Tri County was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Superior only posted five.

Superior lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Dayne Clark, who dropped a double-double with ten points and 11 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Levi Clark, who posted six points.

Tri County's record is now 2-0.
