Volleyball Recap: West Point Takes a Loss

West Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Spanish Fort Toros.

Leading Spanish Fort to victory were Victoria Holley and Bryce Turner. Holley had six digs and four aces, while Turner had five digs. That's the most aces Holley has posted over her last ten matchups.

West Point's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Spanish Fort, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-1.

Looking ahead, West Point will venture away from home to take on Cullman at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Spanish Fort, they will challenge Central at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
