Volleyball Recap: Willard Tigers vs. Bolivar Liberators

After flying high against Spokane on Saturday, Willard came back down to earth. The Willard Tigers came up short against the Bolivar Liberators on Saturday, falling 3-0. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Liberators apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2017.

While Willard ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-17, 25-18.

Despite the loss, Willard still got an impressive performance from Kylin Vandever, who had 15 digs.

Bolivar was led to victory by Rayna Wilson and Anna Vaughn. Wilson had two aces and ten assists, while Vaughn had nine digs and a kill.
