Fulton scored the most runs they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 23-19 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Monroe Vikings. Even though they lost, the Jaguars' still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 8 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

Fulton is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. As for Monroe, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Fulton will head out on the road to square off against Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences at 2:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Monroe, they will welcome Locke at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
