Volleyball Recap: Morgan County Comes Up Short

Morgan County was the 2-0 winner over Loganville Christian Academy when they last played one another back in August of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Lions by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Morgan County sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 16-25, 15-10.

Morgan County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Loganville Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Morgan County will host Dacula at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Loganville Christian Academy, they will challenge Whitefield Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
