Dibble Came Up Big in Atkins' 27-22 Loss
Garrison Dibble continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his 18th-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least seven total tackles. He picked up three sacks, forced a fumble, and made 17 total tackles.
If history really does repeat itself, Dibble might just drop another big game when he faces off against High Point Central on Friday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Dibble saw the Bison), he picked up a sack and made 14 total tackles (4.0 for loss).

On Friday, Eastern Guilford got the W thanks in part to Steven Murray playing the best football he has all season. Murray picked up 104 receiving yards and two touchdowns, good enough to also set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He has become a key player for Eastern Guilford: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least two receiving touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.
