Softball Recap: Alice Takes a Loss

Alice lost to Flour Bluff back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Coyotes lost 11-1 to the Hornets. The Coyotes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alice saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dalyhla Sanchez, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one run.

Alice's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Flour Bluff, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-7-1.

Coincidentally, Alice and Flour Bluff will both be playing Gregory-Portland the next time they take the field. The Coyotes will host the Wildcats at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Hornets will head out to face them at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
