Recap: De Soto Wildcats vs. West Chargers
The De Soto Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 22 points or more this season. They really took it to West for the full four quarters, racking up a 76-30 win on the road. The victory was just business as usual for De Soto, who after eight games remain undefeated this season.
Despite the loss, West still got an impressive performance from Jalen Foy, who scored eight points. Foy set a new season high mark in blocks with two.
De Soto's win was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-0. As for West, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Piper the next time they take the court. De Soto will head out to face Piper on Tuesday, while West will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
