After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Aubrey Rogers, American Heritage was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Royal Palm Beach Wildcats 17-7. The result was nothing new for the Stallions, who have now won five games by eight runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Katheryn Costello, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Christine Osborne, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and two RBI.

American Heritage always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .559. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

American Heritage's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-7. As for Royal Palm Beach, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-9 record.

As of now, neither American Heritage nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
