After flying high against Bonneville on Wednesday, Skyline came back down to earth. The Skyline Grizzlies fell just short of the Blackfoot Broncos by a score of 5-4 on Wednesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Skyline of the 10-5 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April.
Ellie Whitworth was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
