Baseball Recap: Fountain Valley's Win on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Fountain Valley entered their tilt with Edison on Wednesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Chargers. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Barons have posted against the Chargers since April 7, 2022.

Fountain Valley got a great performance from D'Angelo Diaz as he tossed six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. The dominant performance also gave Diaz a new career-high in strikeouts (four).
