Volleyball Game Preview: Princeton Eagles vs. Dunsmuir Tigers + Official Tickets

After both having extra time off, the Princeton Eagles and the Dunsmuir Tigers will shake off the rust and duke it out at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Princeton came up short against Paradise Adventist Academy and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 14-25, 25-19, 25-10.

Meanwhile, Dunsmuir hadn't done well against Big Valley recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way last Wednesday. The Tigers came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 3-1.

The win didn't come easy: Big Valley scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 26-24, 17-25, 25-19.

Princeton's loss dropped their record down to 7-19. As for Dunsmuir, their victory bumped their record up to 7-11.

Princeton skirted past Dunsmuir 2-1 when the teams last played back in August of 2023. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
