Basketball Recap: Purdue Polytechnic Comes Up Short

The Purdue Polytechnic Techies came up short against the Park Tudor Panthers on Tuesday and fell 83-73. The Techies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

When it comes to explaining why Purdue Polytechnic lost, don't look at TJ Williams. Despite the final result, he almost dropped a double-double with 28 points and nine boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Rob Anderson, who almost dropped a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds.

Purdue Polytechnic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Park Tudor, their victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Purdue Polytechnic will take on Tindley in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Park Tudor, they will face off against Indianapolis Scecina Memorial at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
