Brookings was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lincoln Patriots. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.
