After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three contests, Crockett County finally came back down to earth on Saturday. They lost 7-1 to the Dunlap Eagles. The Cavaliers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Crockett County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maddie Stitts, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Crockett County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Dunlap, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-3 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crockett County will take on Chester County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Dunlap, they will square off against Illini Bluffs at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
