Ponte Vedra is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They came out on top against Booker T. Washington by a score of 67-57.

He is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 54% in the last four games he's played. Alex Katsikas was another key player, going 5-for-6 on his way to 15 points.

Meanwhile, Gainesville entered their tilt with Columbia on Wednesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 64-51 win over the Tigers.

Ponte Vedra's victory bumped their record up to 19-8. As for Gainesville, their win bumped their record up to 21-7.

Ponte Vedra strolled past Gainesville when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a score of 58-44. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ponte Vedra since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
