Softball Game Recap: Biggersville Lions vs. Tremont Eagles

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wheeler, Biggersville was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Tremont Eagles a 13-0 shutout. The Lions haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Biggersville picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 3-7. As for Tremont, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Biggersville Lions duke it out with Baldwyn Bearcats at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Tremont, they will square off against Houlka at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Tremont is facing Houlka at the right time seeing as Houlka is stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
