Softball Recap: ED White Falls Short of Baker County in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact ED White can now relate to. They came up short against the Baker County Wildcats on Tuesday, falling 15-0. The Commanders just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

ED White's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Baker County, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.

ED White does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Baker County, they will take on Columbia at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 6.2 runs per game this season.
