Carson is a perfect 7-0 against Gardena since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Colts will take on the Panthers at 4:30 p.m. Carson is coming into the game hot, having won their last four games.

On Friday, Carson was able to grind out a solid victory over Narbonne, taking the game 3-1.

In the three sets Carson was on fire: they won each by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 22-25, 25-12, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Gardena came up short against Rancho Dominguez on Friday and fell 3-1. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Lobos: they've now lost eight in a row.

While Gardena had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 21 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-21, 20-25, 25-21.

Carson pushed their record up to 13-8 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Gardena, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.

Everything went Carson's way against Gardena in their previous matchup on April 4th, as Carson made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Colts since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
