Volleyball Recap: Sunny Hills Triumphs

The Sunny Hills Lancers earned a 3-1 win over the Roosevelt Mustangs on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lancers.

Sunny Hills walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 28-26, 19-25, 25-17.

When it comes to explaining why Roosevelt lost, don't look at Alex Chang. Despite the final result, he had five digs, three aces, and two blocks. Chang is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 13 or more in each of the last 14 games he's played.

Sunny Hills' win bumped their record up to 20-10. As for Roosevelt, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-9.

Sunny Hills has already played their next match (against Crean Lutheran), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Roosevelt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Centennial on the 15th.
