Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wellesley). They blew past the Brookline Warriors 41-19 on Friday. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Wellesley's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Brookline, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Wellesley will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Newton North at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for Brookline, they will venture away from home to square off against Greater Lowell Tech at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
